LAMB’s primary focus are the children of Mathare Slum in Nairobi, Kenya where there are over 600,000 people, of which 80% are school aged children, all in an area of 3 square miles. Most families live on income of less than a dollar a day. Many children are orphans or come from single parent homes. There is little opportunity and little hope for a future. The only chance at life out of the slum is through EDUCATION.
LAMB is partnering with the MCEDO school and Grace End Times Church in the slums of Mathare to extend educational scholarships and spiritual development to deserving children. This is a four year commitment to each child to provide secondary education in a boarding school outside of the slum. This education program is also the means for clothing and daily meals. Would you consider joining us and be a part of supporting children to become productive citizens of their country? You can make a tax deductible commitment and change a child’s life in the name of Jesus for $660 per year, per student, or $55 per month. Give a child a chance.

At LAMB we believe the most important thing we can accomplish is to point people to saving faith in Jesus Christ. Our projects are not focused solely on the service being provided but sharing the faith we have in Jesus Christ and living out that faith. James, the half brother of Jesus, stated in James 1:27, “Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.”
